Offering 12x12 stalls with attached 18x32 crusher dust paddocks, 70x120 covered riding arena with hogfuel footing, heated tack room, 3 feedings of washington timothy &/or alfalfa daily in slow feeder nets, 2x grain feedings (owner supplies grain/supplements), stalls/paddocks cleaned 2x/day. Seasonal grass fields (owner to turn out/in). Outdoor wash rack. Trailer parking available for additional fee.
