Established in 1989 Sitter Downs features over 130 acres of cross fenced well maintained pastures for rotational grazing.

80x150' indoor arena with LED lighting and river sand footing, treated for dust (Mag Flakes)

Horsemanship clinics, equine seminars, and events.

50' round pen.

Across the road from beautiful Blue and Gray Park which has 1700+ acres of trails.

Our barn family rides year round!
