The property will be spacious pasture boarding only that includes a large lean to in each pasture. Horses will be fed every morning & night along with 247 round bale access. 
There will be a cross country course, endless trail riding & a full size 200’x200’ arena that includes poles, cavatelli‘s, standards, fun jump fillers, dressage arena and barrels. 
The Huntington barn will have a heated & cooled full size tack room that includes a sitting area, a viewing room with an 6’ window to enjoy riders in the arena or to fallow a clinic in a relaxed heat & cooled environment with a restroom. The barn will also have two spacious European style 14’x14’ stalls.
