We appreciate the heads-up! Keeping our community's info accurate is a team effort. Please use the "Report this listing" link at the bottom of the page, or shoot us an email directly. We'll look into it right away to update or remove the listing as needed.

How do I list my facility?

It's easy! Just create your free account to get started. From your personal dashboard, you can add your stable's details, upload photos, and highlight your amenities. Your listing will be live and ready for horse owners to find in just a few minutes.

How do I make changes to my listing?

You're in the driver's seat! Simply log in to your account and head to your dashboard. From there, you can update your facility's details, photos, or amenities at any time.

What if I have no availability at my facility?

If your stalls are full, just set your facility's "Available Spaces" to 0. This lets horse owners know you're not currently accepting new boarders and helps reduce unnecessary inquiries.

Delete Facility vs. Delete Account: Which should I choose?

Choose "Delete Facility" if you only want to remove your listing but keep your account for future use. Choose "Delete Account" if you want to permanently remove your account, your listing, and all associated data.

How do I renew my account?

Log in to your dashboard and look for the Account Status section, which shows how many days remain before renewal is needed. Simply click the "Renew Account" button to renew. You can do this anytime and don't have to wait for it to expire.

What should I do if my confirmation email hasn't arrived?

After creating an account, you should receive an email with the subject "Please confirm your email address for Horse Boarding Finder." If it doesn't appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll help you complete the process.
