About This Facility
A 7 stall partial-care boarding co-op with luxury amenities at an affordable price point. Boarders clean just their own stall(s) every day and take 2-3 feeding/turnout shifts per week as a boarding requirement. Amenities include large indoor and outdoor arenas with TruTex footing, Nelson auto-waterers in both stalls and pastures, large and airy 12x14 stalls, full day turnout (winter) and night turnout (summer), large open field for hacking, trailer parking (included), heated tack room and office, heated bathroom, indoor and outdoor wash racks with hot and cold water, washing machine, closed motor fans in each stall, and more.
