About This Facility

Animals come first in our home. Pasture board with run in barns. I am in Arlington and I have space for one gelding at my home. I ONLY have space for one horse, please do not ask to board more than one. I do not want monthly money for board but instead I want help with horse chores, mostly cleaning the run in stalls daily and the pasture regularly. My yearling does not potty in the stall so if you too are blessed with such a gift, then you wouldn't have to clean the stalls daily. I have all the tools to clean including a Scoop and Tow, and a riding mower to pull it with. I am currenly in process (weather permitting) of building an additional barn for the larger pasture. There will only ever be 2 horses on the property, including yours. We would split the cost of hay that is available 24/7 and you provide grain and supplements for your horse that we will feed 2x daily. We will continue to order hay regularly, and maintain the grounds, fencing, and barns. Your horse needs to be a gelding so I can let the baby get his proper growth before he is gelded, and so he isn't harassing a mare when he reaches puberty. The colt needs a horse for a buddy, and to help show him horse things. I am very near Dutch Mills Farm Trails, the Centennial Trail and Pilchuck Tree Farm Trails. There are also arenas nearby that you could possibly ride in. I have an outdoor round pen and the pasture to ride in.
