About This Facility
Exceptional, boutique-style, luxurious, safe, clean, private four-horse barn plus two
2-horse shedrow barns in Elfin Forest away from roads and traffic.
12’ x 12’ Indoor box stall bedded on pine shavings (6/month included in board fee).
Spacious 12’ x 12’ tack room with private built-in tack trunk, saddle racks, bridle hooks, hot/cold sink, microwave, fridge, tea kettle. Shedrow barns have separate tack sheds.
Bermuda and/or alfalfa fed four times/day. Midnight check with hay snack. Hay included in board fee.
Daily turnout (dawn—dusk) in private, very large paddock with safe 3-plank vinyl fencing. Shedrow barns have pipe with wire mesh.
Stalls and paddocks mucked out daily.
Indoor/outdoor cross-ties.
We use fly traps and Spalding Labs predator flies during fly season.
Hot/cold water wash rack on aggregate concrete at main barn.
Miles of adjacent trails hooking into Rancho Santa Fe, Olivenhain, and San Marcos systems.
40’ round pen.
Potential access to neighbor’s arena (by private agreement).
Blanketing, fly spray application (extra fee). During fly season, we apply fly masks daily (included with board fee).
Lay-up, grooming, and/or exercise services available (extra fee).
Room for your trailer (extra fee).
Knowledgeable, attentive owners on site nearly 24/7/365.
