Ranch 57 LLC is exploring the next direction for our horse facility and is accepting applications for use of the property. We are ideally seeking one experienced individual or small organization to operate out of the facility, similar to a previous successful setup.
We are open to the following audiences:
Professional trainers
Equine nonprofits
Rescue organizations
Experienced private operators with multiple horses
Our goal is to keep horse numbers at a sustainable level while maintaining high standards of care, pasture health, and facility condition.
Facility features include:
Private paddock(s) available
Established pastures suitable for small herds
Horse-ready infrastructure (barn space, turnout areas, and water access)
Quiet rural setting with easy access to the Twin Cities metro
Flexible layout that can adapt to different equine programs or operations
Terms & flexibility:
Monthly rate (based on use, herd size, and responsibilities)
Option to provide hay at an additional cost, depending on type and volume
Preference for a setup where one party manages day-to-day horse care and operations
