Wood shavings for bedding and daily stall cleaning

Heated water in winter, fresh water daily

Summer: barn-approved individual fans (no unsafe box fans)

🍽 Feeding & Turnout:

Grain fed 2x daily in stalls – no competition at mealtime, supplements/meds given as provided

High-quality hay fed in slow-feed nets in stall and pasture

Free-choice salt/mineral access

Daily turnout (weather permitting) with rotated, well-maintained pastures

Pastures feature 3-board fencing with top hot wire and a mix of warm/cool season grasses

No extra fees for supplementing, blanketing, fly masks/spray (owner provided)

Private tack closet included

Tack room with fridge and microwave

100x200 arena with bluestone base & sand footing, regularly groomed

Barn manager holds a degree in Animal & Equine Science, is a Master Equine Manager, and trained in Technical Large Animal Rescue

Strong working relationships with local vets, farriers, bodyworkers, and equine professionals

Horses dewormed on a vet-recommended schedule

Feed program tailored in collaboration with owner & vet

Manure composted on-site and used to fertilize pastures
