Long View Farm in Ball Ground, GA offers Full and Pasture board

Enjoy three quiet riding arenas with beautiful mountain views and scenic trails. Amenities include a 180’ x 80’ lighted covered arena, a 180’ x 250’ outdoor arena with jumps, and a large oval beginner ring with lights and sprinklers.

You are welcome to bring your trainer, veterinarian, and farrier of choice.

Stalls available in the main barn offer easy access to all three arenas. Take a break from arena work and enjoy riding through the beautiful Christmas tree farm. The property features three separate barns with matted stalls, fans, and heated water buckets in both stalls and paddocks. Additional amenities include three tack rooms, three hot/cold wash racks, and separate paddocks with run-in sheds for smaller group turnout.

Horses receive plenty of daily turnout. In the spring, summer, and fall, horses are turned out around 3 PM and brought in around 8 AM to stay cool during warmer weather. In the winter months, turnout is typically from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Full board is also available for geldings at our Christmas tree farm’s 4-stall barn. This area features a beautiful 20-acre gelding pasture where horses can truly thrive. Heated water is available in both stalls and pasture, along with three hay huts during the winter months. A large tack room and hot/cold wash stall are also included. Riders can enjoy the scenic Christmas tree farm trails or take a short ride to the main barn and its three arenas.

Owner lives on-site. Trailer parking is available.

Conveniently located in Ball Ground, just off Hwy 20 and East Cherokee Drive, with easy access to Alpharetta, Canton, and Cumming.
