What we have to offer:
*We feed high quality alfalfa hay twice a day (we grow our own weed free alfalfa hay)
*12'x36' stalls with sand base, 12'x12' covered shelter, automatic waterers, stall grazer feeders, feeder mats, and stalls cleaned daily
*Temperature controlled tack room and bathroom
*Large grass pasture available for grazing with unlimited owner turn out
*150'x180' lighted outdoor riding arena
*60' lighted outdoor round pen
*Grass area for spectating with sandbox and playground for kids
*Mechanical roping dummy, jumps, and large obstacle course
*Wash stand for bathing
*Trails accessible from stables and BLM right down the road
*Idaho equine hospital 15 mins away
*Regularly scheduled farrier (optional)
*Owners on site, drama free and security cameras
*Trailer parking for $25/month
