43 acre rolling hills horse oasis!

- Full Care
- 11x12 matted stalls
- Daily Turnout as frequently as possible unless severe weather
- Horses fed grain twice per day. Kalmbach (Tribute) and Purina feeds available.
- Care includes up to 6# daily of grain
- Bedding provided (quick-pick fine pine bedding)
- Stalls cleaned daily
- All Horse fed grass/alfalfa round bale during cold months
- 2nd/3rd cutting squares fed inside
- 90 x 110 4-board fenced outdoor arena with quality footing, meticulously cared for, complete with arena lights for riding after dark
- Lessons and training on-site
- Large 15-acre pasture as well as 3 smaller paddocks available for large or small group turnout 
- 4-strand electrobraid, and board fencing
- Barn owner lives onsite and is very well versed in equine one-site vetting
- Routine farrier, vet, chiro and acupuncture schedule
- Indoor Heated buckets in winter
- Outdoor water Heaters
- No additional charge for feeding supplements
- Trails on-site during spring-fall seasons
- Culture: Very laid back barn atmosphere with several youth riders as well as adults, who like to ride for fun, open shows, 4H and jackpots. Boarders also jump, contest, and show Huntseat/WP, SMS, ranch etc
