- There are several jumps, a full set of poles, and barrels.
- Multiple well maintained hay fields that can be ridden in as well as various trails throughout the property.
- Trailer parking available at no additional cost, feed storage, and a tack room.
- Single tie and hitching posts available for tacking up, grooming, and hosing off.
- Full board horses are grained 2x daily.
- Supplements, medications, blankets, etc provided by owner.
- Bathroom on site.
- Kings Mountain State Park is 4 miles down the road for quick and easy access to miles of trails.

* Horses are pastured on 80 well maintained acres and are fed quality fescue round and square bales throughout the winter months.
