Small private 10 stall barn on 15 acres. Arena, round pen, lighted wash rack, individual feeders, automatic waterers. Full board includes feed, hay, daily turning in/out, and daily cleaning 575 mo. Self care is 300 a month and you must come out daily. No young children please for liability reasons. Free trailer parking and blanketing in the winter.
