Opening up another paddock for up to 1 or 2 horses paddock boarding
Full care, multiple services included

Otis Orchards area of East Side Spokane, Washington and West Side Post Falls, North Idaho.

•Full Care, Multi Service Board
•Private residence, secluded enough from the main roads but close enough to town that we are a quick drive.

•140x130 (18k sq ft) paddock with a Noble Lean-To newly resided and painted. Mostly flat ground some terrain, bushy service berry trees providing good shade.

•Hay'd 2x day (orchard/Timothy/brome grass mix and/or 2nd cutting alfalfa)
•Grain and supplements 2x day from what you provide
•Water trough cleaned once a week, heated in winter

•Will blanket as needed how you instruct
•Will fly spray daily or as needed with what you provide, make sure fly masks stay on or take on/off day/night
•Poop scooped daily
•Will run a sprinkler as starts to dry out to keep some green for dust control.
•3x3.5x10 private tack locker in a heated feed room (if you bring on 2 horses, you can have 2 lockers)
•100x100 outdoor arena
•60ft round pen
•Arena dragged and watered as needed
•Trailer parking included
•Plowed in winter
•Dawn to Dusk hours preferably
•Golden Rule, treat others how you want to be treated
•No Dogs
•No Smoking/Vaping, not green friendly, no alcohol
•Great cellular service area

•If no trailer, can provide trailering for hauling fee

•McKinley and Peters Equine Vet is 5 minutes west and Springwater Vet is 5 minutes east.

•Trails such as Antoine Peak, Seltice Flats, Mackenzie, Hauser all in 20 min haul
•Riverside to the West half hour drive, Farragut to the East 30 min drive.

This paddock does have some terrain and in ground rocks
$525/month 1st horse, $475 for 2nd horse monthly
