•12x12 stalls featuring stall mattress systems, Dutch doors, and fans in each one
• Blanketing / Fly gear / Fly spray
• Fly Spray System in Barn
• 12+ hrs daily turnout with small herd sizes
• Field maintenance performed regularly
• Full access to barn facilities
• Climate controlled tack room
• Small Lounge with restroom, mini fridge and AC
• 2 Indoor Cross Ties
• 1 Indoor Wash Stall (hot and cold water)
•2 Outdoor Wash Racks
• Lighted Grass Arena with Jumps
•Grass Dressage Ring
• Small XC Field & Round Pen
• Hack path & Hills
• Outside trainers welcome with insurance
• Bring your own vet/ farrier or use our own
• Owner lives on site

We offer Self Care, Partial/Rough Care and Full Care.
All types include shavings.
Owner to provide hay, grain and supplements. This can be discussed!
