24/7 good quality hay for mimicking natural forage based equine diet and Total Equine feed for a balanced diet. Huge, maintained half covered and lit arena. Wash rack with hot and cold. Large pastures for rotating horses for extended pasture time. Large 12 x 12 well cushioned stalls cleaned daily (though most boarders chose to pasture board). English and Western trainer on site.
