About This Facility

Located at the bottom of Mt.Spokane with easy access from the Valley or North Spokane, includes a large outdoor arena and round pen available to use. Obstacles, barrels and poles. Arena dragged as needed.

Large paddock pen with shelter and shade trees. Water trough cleaned weekly- with heated water in the winter. Hay is fed twice a day, and will feed grain and supplements as directed. $425/month.

Horsetrailer parking close to pens for easily tacking up your horse. Tack to be kept in your trailer.

Private peaceful residence, so the arena is available most times.
No dogs. No smoking.
Dawn to dusk hours preferred, or make arrangements as needed outside those hours.

Trails in the area include- Mt Spokane, Antoine Peak, Rustlers Gulch, Riverside State Park and more being a short drive away.
I90 is about 8 miles away, and we always have a pen available for a layover or short term stay for your horse. No hookups.
