A peaceful retreat where your horse doesn't just board, but truly thrives. For over 25 years, our private facility has provided exceptional care with a depth of experience you can rely on. Unlike large boarding operations with 15 or more horses, our newly renovated, intimate 8-stall barn allows us to offer unmatched attention to detail. Nestled on 10 lush acres in Redmond, we intentionally keep our numbers small. This means endless access to a riding arena that is never crowded. For your horse, it means pastures that stay beautiful and mud-free, and the peace of mind knowing they are thoroughly looked over several times a day. Here, your horse is never just another boarder, but receives the individualized attention they truly deserve.

Our Community
We are seeking an easygoing horse owner who values a serene, drama-free environment. We welcome horses that are safe, happy, and well-behaved with others. Your horse will be joining a diverse herd of mixed breeds, mares, and geldings that do exceptionally well together, ranging in age from 10 months to 29 years old.

Trail Riding Opportunity
The owner hauls out to local trails several days a week (weather permitting). If you enjoy hitting the trails and would like a hauling buddy, you are always welcome to join in.

Exceptional Daily Care
Your horse's comfort and well-being are our top priorities. Because of our small size, we provide exceptional, personalized care by life-long horse people who live on-site, ensuring your horse receives attentive monitoring and regular check-ins throughout the day.

Premium Stalls: 12x12 extra-thick matted stalls with attached mud-free paddocks (featuring horse grids and 5/8 granulithic rock). Cleaned daily.

Hydration: Insulated Nelson automatic waterers in stalls provide fresh, cool water in the summer and heated water in the winter.

Turnout: Daily turnout, rain or shine (unless icy!).

The Extras: Basic blanketing and fly masks are included. We also use fly predators for a virtually fly-free environment.

Premium Feed: Top-quality Timothy and/or Alfalfa hay fed 2-3 times daily. Owner-provided grain and supplements are fed at no extra charge.

Turnout Options

Herd Turnout: 10 acres of beautiful grass turnout for horses that enjoy a herd environment.

Individual Turnout: A non-grass turnout area is available for horses with dietary restrictions or individual needs.

Top-Notch Amenities

Outdoor Arena: Newly renovated 180x90 arena featuring ATHLETEX blend footing by Premier Equestrian.

Covered Round Pen: Brand new, featuring the same premium, dust-free, and generally non-freezing footing.

Summer Riding: Enjoy our beautiful summer grass riding field.

Barn Facilities: Wash rack with hot and cold water, private tack lockers, and a nice heated restroom with running water.

Training: A dressage trainer is on-site a few times a week, and all insured trainers and disciplines are welcome!

(Note: This is also an ideal home for elder, retired, or laid-up horses needing extra TLC.)

Working Discount: A partial reduction in board may be available for experienced individuals interested in exchanging work.

Exclusive Opportunity: On-Site Living & some Work Exchange
For the right person, we have a beautiful, newly built ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) available on the property. We are looking for someone willing to help out around the barn—such as cleaning stalls, feeding, and general chores—in exchange for reduced rent. This arrangement is flexible and can be tailored depending on your level of experience and the time you have available. If you have ever dreamed of waking up just steps away from your horse, this is a unique opportunity to live right where you board!
