Welcome to Kolt Equestrian, a horse-centered farm in the rolling countryside of southern Virginia, where horses thrive living as close to their natural environment as possible.

Kolt Equestrian features a 300' x 250' Olympic-size outdoor riding ring, an 80' round pen, miles of scenic trails, and easy access with spacious areas designed to accommodate even the largest horse trailers, along with RV hookups for convenient on-site stays.

Our region’s mild, temperate climate allows horses to comfortably live outside year-round, without the extremes of heat or cold. This is a deliberate, horse-first approach—not a necessity—because we believe horses are healthiest when they can move freely, graze, and socialize.

Horses are kept 24x7 in large 4–5 acre pastures with natural shelter, wooded areas, continuous hay and grass, daily fresh water, and individualized feeding—supporting both their physical health and overall well-being.
