Pasture board only, round pens for use, trails on site, area for flat work available as well. Pond on site, grain 1x a day if needed. Plenty of trees for natural shade and cover. Lessons available on site, farrier comes every 8 weeks or you can use your own. Horses are checked daily. Will take bred mares and can help with foaling if needed. Over 30yrs of horse experience.
