- Prefer individual active & involved horse owners, no trainers. Great place for retired horses as well looking for a peaceful place.
- shavings / supplements / at owners expense. Can be fed for charge.
- offer turnout services / workouts for additional charge.
- limited trailer parking for additional charge.
