12 x 12 stalls, wash racks, tack room with tack lockers, feed room, hay room, bathroom, night lights, 20 x 60 meter riding arena, round pen, trails leading from stables, owner lives on property. Large grassy pastures, and free trailer parking.
Property is gated and perimeter complete fenced.
Full and partial board available
Boarding options include :

Self-care board is $350.

if I drop your feed and hay and turn horse in and out and spread muck ( partial board) it is $450 a horse

Full care board is $550

Owner supplies your own feed, hay, and bedding
