Beautiful and quiet performance horse farm, just 30 min outside of Athens. Lush green pastures with automatic waters, shelters, and top notch care. Small herds in large 4-5 acre fields fed 2-3 times a day with 24/7 access to quality grass hay round bales and alfalfa as needed. Stalls with fans and half bale hay nets available. In during day, out at night, or pasture board available. Owner lives on site and has managed multiple performance barns, worked in a top re-habilitation facility, vet teched, ridden under and for multiple olympic and pan American games riders, groomed and ridden at the FEI level in Eventing and groomed at the Grand Prix level in Show jumping.
Training board also available. Owner has started 2-6 horses every year for many years, has produced many horses up the levels in eventing (to Intermediate) and hunter/jumpers, and has been working in the industry for 20+ years
